【摘要】 “比较过氧化氢酶和Fe3+的催化效率”实验是中学生物实验教学课程的一个重点内容之一,也是大学生物科学专业教法实验研究中的一个重要内容。在研究实验教法的过程中需要选择合适的材料实验现象才能明显,为此材料的选择就显得尤为重要。本文旨在筛选合适的材料为教法实验研究提供依据。以往用到的实验材料都是新鲜的猪肝,本实验尝试选用马铃薯、青椒、香菜进行对比实验,结果表明香菜可以替代新鲜的猪肝作为实验材料。

【Abstract】 The experiment of "comparing the catalytic efficiency of catalase and Fe3+" is one of the key contents of biology experiment teaching course in middle school, and it is also an important content in the experimental research of teaching methods of biological science specialty in university. In the process of studying experimental teaching methods, it is necessary to select appropriate materials for the experimental phenomenon to be obvious. Therefore, it is particularly important to choose what materials. This paper aims to screen appropriate materials to provide basis for the experimental research of teaching methods. In the past, the experimental materials we used were fresh pig liver. In this experiment, potato, green pepper and coriander were selected for comparative experiment. The results showed that coriander could replace fresh pig liver as experimental materials.
