【Abstract】 Natural polyphenol is one of the functional components in pomegranate peel, which has a variety of functional activities, and has broad prospects for market development and application.Based on the literature reports published in China in recent years( after 2015),this paper reviews the extraction methods of polyphenols from pomegranate peel, and provides theoretical and technical reference for the efficient extraction and industrial development and utilization of polyphenols from natural pomegranate peel in the future.更多还原
