基于低共熔溶剂的乙二醇铁的制备及其电解尿素研究
Preparation of Ethylene Glycol Iron Based on Deep Eutectic Solvent and Study on Its Electrolysis of Urea
【摘要】 利用氯化胆碱和乙二醇(物质的量比1∶2)形成的低共熔溶剂做溶剂,加入Fe(NO3)3,利用离子热法制备乙二醇铁,并对其进行SEM、EDX、XRD、IR表征,发现为结晶度高的3D球形纳米颗粒。将该催化剂用于催化1.0 mol/L KOH+0.5 mol/L尿素溶液的电解氧化反应。由极化曲线得,当电流密度为10 mA·cm-2时,电压为1.37 V,Tafel斜率为45 mV·dec-1。基于乙二醇的低共熔溶剂既做反应介质又做反应物,可以减少反应物组分,减少浪费,减少碳排放。
【Abstract】 Using the deep eutectic solvent formed by choline chloride and ethylene glycol(molar ratio 1∶2) as solvent, ethylene glycol iron was prepared by ionothermal method.SEM,EDX,XRD,IR characterizations were explored.It was found to be 3 D spherical nanoparticles with high crystallinity.The catalyst was used to catalyze the electrolytic oxidation reaction of 1.0 mol/L KOH + 0.5 mol/L urea solution.The voltage was required 1.37 V to achieve the current density of 10 mA·cm-2,while the Tafel slope was 45 mV·dec-1.Based-ethylene glycol deep eutectic solvent is used as both the reaction medium and the reactant, which can reduce the components of the reactant and reduce carbon emissions.
