电化学催化下环丁醇扩环生成环戊酮类化合物的反应研究
Study on the Reaction of Cyclobutanol to Form Cyclopentanone Compounds Under Electrochemical Catalysis
【摘要】 通过四元环开环反应来生成直链或者环状化合物在有机合成方面有广泛的应用,特别是对于合成生物活性物质或药物分子具有重要的意义,因此受到了许多化学工作者的关注。在此提出了一种在室温下,使用四丁基六氟磷酸铵作为电解质,在电化学条件下1-(苯乙炔基)环丁醇进行扩环反应来生成环戊酮类化合物的新方法。并且反应在不同的溶剂条件下,生成了不同的产物,具有一定的调控性和选择性。
【Abstract】 The generation of linear or cyclic compounds through the ring-opening reaction of four-membered rings has a wide range of applications in organic synthesis,especially for the synthesis of biologically active substances or drug molecules,so it has attracted the attention of many chemists.Herein,a novel method for the formation of cyclopentanone compounds by ring-opening reaction of 1-( phenylethynyl) cyclobutanol under electrochemical conditions using tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate as electrolyte at room temperature is proposed. And the reaction produces different products under different solvent conditions,with certain controllability and selectivity.
