α-MoO3改性MCM-22沸石应用于甲烷无氧芳构化反应
Application of α-MoO3 Modified MCM-22 Zeolite in Methane Dehydro-Aromatization Reaction
【摘要】 采用简易的固相研磨法制备α-MoO3改性的MCM-22沸石并用于催化甲烷无氧芳构化反应。通过XRD、SEM、BET和NH3-TPD对催化剂的结构和酸性进行分析。结果表明α-MoO3在高温条件下易于升华迁移到沸石孔道中与Br?nsted酸位点结合生成较多的有效活性中心,同时降低沸石的酸性。催化甲烷的无氧芳构化反应时,甲烷转化率为12.4%,苯收率为7.6%,该催化剂还具有很好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,α-MoO3 modified MCM-22 zeolite prepared by a simple solid-phase grinding method was used to catalyze the methane dehydro-aromatization reaction.The structure and acidity of the catalysts were analyzed by XRD,SEM,BET and NH3-TPD.The results show that α-MoO3 can easily migrate to zeolite pores and bind to Br?nsted acid sites at high temperature,which not only generates more active sites but also reduces the acidity of zeolite.Catalytic experiments show that Mo(α)-HMCM-22 has good catalytic performance,methane conversion is 12. 4%,benzene yield is 7. 6%. In addition,Mo(α)-HMCM-22 catalyst maintained good stability.
