嵌入量子点的MOFs制备及在GSH检测中的应用
Preparation of MOFs Sensor Embedded with Quantum Dots and Its Application in GSH Detection
【摘要】 采用2-甲基咪唑、硝酸锌合成金属有机框架材料(MOFs) ZIF-8,采用2-甲基咪唑、PVP-QDs及硝酸锌Zn(NO3)2·6H2O溶液合成带量子点的PVP-QDs@ZIF-8复合材料。利用PVP-QDs@ZIF-8复合材料对生物分子谷胱甘肽(GSH)检测,结果表明,包裹量子点的复合材料PVP-QD@MOF拥有了量子点的荧光性能,并且有很好的选择性和抗干扰性。
【Abstract】 Metal-organic frameworks( MOFs) ZIF-8 was synthesized by 2-methylimidazole and zinc nitrate.PVP-QDs @ ZIF-8 composites with quantum dots were synthesized by 2-methylimidazole,PVP-QDs and zinc nitrate Zn( NO3)2·6H2O solution.The PVP-QDs @ ZIF-8 composite material was used to detect the biological molecule glutathione( GSH).The results showed that the composite material PVP-QD @ MOF coated with quantum dots had the fluorescence properties of quantum dots,and had good selectivity and anti-interference.
