Mn掺杂NiCo氧化物高效析氧催化剂的研究
Mn-doped NiCo Oxide as Efficient Electrocatalyst for Oxygen Evolution Reaction
【摘要】 采用水热法合成了一种高电化学性能、低成本的NiCo氧化物材料。通过在NiCo氧化物晶体结构中加入Mn,使用XRD、SEM、Mapping、XPS对样品结构和微观形貌进行了表征,对所制备材料的电化学析氧性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,Mn-NiCo-0.1 mmol只需要300 mV的低过电位即可实现10 mA·cm-2电流密度和90 mV·dec-1的低Tafel斜率。Mn的掺杂对NiCo氧化物的析氧性能有促进作用,为OER系统的未来发展和三元锰酸锂废旧锂电池的回收提供了一个有希望的策略。
【Abstract】 In this study, a kind of NiCo oxide material with high electrochemical performance and low cost was synthesized by hydrothermal method.By adding Mn to the crystal structure of NiCo oxide, the structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,Mapping and XPS and the electrochemical oxygen evolution performance of the prepared materials was tested and analyzed.The results show that Mn-NiCo-0.1 mmol only needs 300 mV low overpotential to achieve 10 mA·cm-2 current density and 90 mV·dec-1 low tafel slope.Mn doping can promote the oxygen evolution performance of NiCo oxide, which provides a promising strategy for the future development of OER system and the recovery of lithium ternary lithium manganate batteries.
