【摘要】 目的:确定“白鲜皮-地肤子”煎煮液的最佳提取工艺。方法:以地肤子中地肤子皂苷Ic得率和干膏得率为考查指标。在单因素实验基础上，利用回流提取和正交设计优选了“白鲜皮-地肤子”提取液的最佳工艺。结果:优选出的提取工艺为:提取1.5 h，浸泡20 min，加8倍量75%乙醇进行提取。结论:该工艺使白鲜皮、地肤子药材药用价值得到更大的发挥，煎煮液稳定可靠，有较大的研究意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the best extraction process of dictamni cortex kochiae decoction.Methods: According to the yield of kochian saponin IC and dry extract of Kochia scoparia as the index. On the basis of single factor experiment,the optimum extraction process of dictamnus dasycarpus rehmanniae was optimized by reflux extraction and orthogonal design. Results: The optimum extraction process was as follows: 1. 5 h,20 min,8 times of 75% ethanol. Conclusion: The technology can make the medicinal value of Dictamnus dasycarpus and Kochia scoparia get greater play,and the decoction is stable and reliable,which has great research significance.更多还原
