5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐的工艺研究
Synthesis Process of 5-Aminolevulinic Acid Hydrochloride
【摘要】 5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)盐酸盐作为一种环境相容性及选择性很高的新型光活化农药,在农业领域应用非常广泛。本文以乙酰丙酸为原料,经溴化、氨化和水解反应合成了5-氨基乙酰丙酸盐酸盐。该方法步骤简单、收率高、成本低、条件温和,具有良好的市场前景。
【Abstract】 5-Aminolevulinic acid(5-ALA) hydrochloride,as a new type of photo-activated pesticide with high environmental compatibility and selectivity,is widely used in the agricultural field.In this paper,levulinic acid was used as the raw material to synthesize 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride through bromination,amination and hydrolysis.The synthetic method is simple and convenient,and is suitable for industrial production.
