海上风机塔筒腐蚀机理和防护措施研究
Study on corrosion mechanism and protection measures of offshore wind turbine tower
【摘要】 因海洋环境复杂,海上风机塔筒存在多种类型的腐蚀破坏,腐蚀机理各不相同。在分析海上风机塔筒各类腐蚀机理的基础上,总结影响风机塔筒腐蚀的主要因素。在考虑上述因素的情况下,对某海上风机塔筒防腐工程采用牺牲阳极阴极保护联合覆盖保护层的防腐技术进行数值计算。计算考虑海水和海泥介质电导率、交换电流密度和极限电流密度等差异,研究了在海水和海泥介质中风机塔筒有无保护层部位所对应牺牲阳极消耗规律。根据数值计算分析,结合实际工程提出一种延长牺牲阳极寿命的高阻隔防护工程措施,并在海上风机塔筒防腐中进行了实际应用,验证了其防腐的有效性。
【Abstract】 Due to the complexity of marine environment, there are many types of corrosion damage in offshore wind turbine tower, and the corrosion mechanism is different.Based on the analysis of various corrosion mechanisms of offshore wind turbine tower, the main factors affecting corrosion of wind turbine tower were summarized.Considering the above factors, the anticorrosion technology of sacrificial anode and cathodic protection combined with protective coating used in a certain offshore wind turbine tower anticorrosion engineering was numerically calculated.Considering the differences of conductivity, exchange current density and limit current density between seawater and sea mud, the consumption law of sacrificial anode corresponding to the part of wind turbine tower with or without protective layer in seawater and sea mud was studied. Based on numerical analysis and practical engineering, a kind of high barrier protection engineering measure for prolonging the life of sacrificial anode was proposed.The high barrier protection engineering measure was applied to the anticorrosion of marine wind turbine tower and its effectiveness was verified.
