内河电子航道图质量检查模型设计与应用

【摘要】 在内河电子航道图(Inland Electronic Navigational Chart, IENC)的生产流程中,产品发布前的数据质量检查至关重要。文章依据《内河电子航道图技术规范》(JTS-195-3-2019)(后文简称《技术规范》)对内河电子航道图的数据模型进行研究,并比较一般电子海图与内河电子航道图在质量检查过程中的不同之处。基于PostGIS空间数据库,设计了内河电子航道图质量检查规则库,使其覆盖《技术规范》中规定的所有质检项,并应用于实际的内河电子航道图质量检查系统中。其成果可为该领域的研究提供参考价值。

【Abstract】 In the production process of Inland Electronic Navigational Chart(IENC), data quality check before product release is crucial. This paper studied the data model of inland river electronic waterway chart according to technical specification for Inland River Electronic Navigational Chart(JTS-195-3-219)(hereinafter referred to as technical specification), and compared the differences between general electronic chart and inland river electronic navigational chart in quality inspection process. Based on PostGIS spatial database, the quality inspection rule base of inland river electronic navigational chart was designed, which covers all the quality inspection items stipulated in ′Technical Specification′, and was applied to the actual quality inspection system of inland river electronic navigational chart. The results can provide reference value for the research in this field.
