【摘要】 文章以中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据中的样本为研究对象，运用OLS和倾向得分匹配(PSM)分析探讨参加我国城镇职工基本养老保险对劳动者的劳动供给有何影响，发现参保对城镇职工劳动供给会产生显著负面影响。除此之外，劳动者的劳动供给时间受到劳动者年龄、受教育水平以及性别的影响。其中，年龄以及受教育水平都会对劳动供给时间产生负效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the samples from the China Labor-force Dynamics Survey(CLDS)as the research object, this paper uses OLS and PSM analysis to explore the impact of participating in China’s urban workers’ basic endowment insurance on the labor supply of workers, and finds that participating in the insurance will have a significant negative impact on the labor supply of urban workers.In addition, the labor supply time of workers is affected by their age, education level and gender.Among them, age and education level will have a negative effect on labor supply time.更多还原
