中华绒螯蟹对7种动物性蛋白源表观消化率的研究
Research on Apparent Digestibility of Seven Animal Protein Sources by Eriocheir Sinensis
【摘要】 以氧化钇(Y2O3)为指示剂,分别选取鱼粉、海水鱼排粉、淡水鱼排粉、虾粉、鸡肉粉、鸭肉粉、猪肉粉7种动物性蛋白源,依据“基础饲料+试验原料”的原则配制试验饲料,以100%基础饲料作为对照,探讨中华绒螯蟹幼蟹对不同原料的表观消化。结果表明,中华绒螯蟹对不同蛋白源饲料的蛋白质和氨基酸表观消化率表现为海水鱼排粉组最高,其次是淡水鱼排粉组,猪肉粉组最低;脂肪表观消化率表现为淡水鱼排粉组最高;此外,淡水鱼排粉组的肝胰腺超氧化物歧化酶最高,饲料系数最低。
【Abstract】 (Method) Yttrium oxide(Y2O3) was used as indicator to select seven animal protein sources, including fish meal, seawater fish meal, freshwater fish meal, shrimp meal, chicken meal, duck meal and pork meal,and the 100% basic diet as control. The experimental diet was prepared according to the principle of“basic diet+experimental raw material”,(Objective) to explore the apparent digestibility of Eriocheir sinensis(15.82±0.42) g on different raw materials.(Result) The apparent protein digestibility of E. sinensis to seawater fish meal group was the highest and pork powder group was the lowest. In addition, the effects of different protein diets on the growth performance, body index and antioxidant capacity of E. sinensis were analyzed.(Conclusion) According to the results of apparent digestibility, seawater fish meal group, freshwater fish meal group and fish meal group per-formed better.
