海马体内胆甾醇含量的研究与展望
Research and Prospect of Cholesterol Content in Hippocampus
【摘要】 简述了海马体内胆甾醇的含量、海马饵料的种类及其胆甾醇和脂肪含量。指出,海马体内的高胆甾醇含量可能是其具有较高药用价值的物质基础之一。提出,探索海马体内重要药效成分胆甾醇的来源与累积机制,并为形成有效的养殖海马胆甾醇含量调控技术提供理论依据,将是海马人工养殖领域的重要研究内容。
【Abstract】 This review described the cholesterol content, diets species, and the cholesterol content and lipid content of the diets of seahorse(Hippocampus spp.). It pointed out that high cholesterol maybe one the material bass of the superior medicinal efficacy of seahorse. It suggested that exploring the source and accumulation mechanism of cholesterol in the seahorse and providing theoretical base for the controlling of the cholesterol content in cultured seahorse would become important research contents in the field of seahorse culturing.
