温度对不同体质量灰海马耗氧率、排氨率及窒息点的影响
Interactive effects of temperature and body weight on oxygen consumption rate, ammonia excretion rate and asphyxiation point of Hippocampus erectus
【摘要】 为探究温度对不同体质量灰海马耗氧率、排氨率和窒息点的影响,设置13、18、23、28、32℃5个温度梯度,用大(L)、中(M)、小(S) 3种体质量分别为(3.63±1.42)、(1.23±0.22)、(0.47±0.24)g的灰海马进行代谢试验。试验结果:在13~32℃范围内,随着水温的升高,灰海马的耗氧率和排氨率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,3种体质量的海马在水温28℃时耗氧率均达到最大值;同一温度条件下,灰海马的体质量越大,其耗氧率和排氨率越低;灰海马的窒息点随着温度的上升而提高,但在相同温度条件下,灰海马体质量越大,其窒息点越低。结果表明,灰海马养殖的最适水温在28℃左右,养殖和运输过程中应保证水体溶解氧在1.6 mg/L以上。
【Abstract】 To investigate the energy metabolism and growth characteristics of Hippocampus erectus,the interactive effects of culture temperatures and body weights on oxygen consumption rate(OCR),ammonia excretion rate(AER) and asphyxiant point(AP) of H. erectus were studied.Five different temperatures(13,18,23,28,and 32 ℃) and body weights[(0.47±0.24),(1.23±0.22) and(3.63±1.42) g] were set for experiments.The results showed both OCR and AER showed a “low-high-low” trend with temperature increasing from 13 ℃ to 32 ℃,and the highest values were observed when the temperature was 28 ℃.Regardless of different temperatures, both OCR and AER significantly decreased with H. erectus body weights increasing.Moreover, AP showed an increasing trend with temperature increasing but showed a decreasing trend with body weight increasing.Therefore, the optimum temperature for H. erectus is about 28 ℃,and the dissolved oxygen must be higher than 1.6 mg/L for culture and transportation of H. erectus.
