铝合金附着式升降脚手架创新设计研究

【摘要】 铝合金附着式升降脚手架采用全新的铝合金材料,使得整个脚手架的重量比普通脚手架减少了50%,各项性能指标与全钢爬架持平,且金属铝爬架安装流程简单,受限情况较少,组装工序可以交叉进行,大大提高了作业效率。结构设计紧凑、体积小、承载力大、性能可靠、全封闭、适应各种作业环境、故障率低、寿命长、残值高。主要介绍铝合金附着式升降脚手架的研究进展,阐述研究成果。

【Abstract】 Aluminum alloy attached lifting scaffold, adapting a kind of new aluminum material,so that the weight of the whole scaffold dropped of 50% compared to the ordinary scaffold,but each performance index is equal to the steel lifting scaffold,and aluminum alloy attached lifting scaffold simplifies the process of installation,limited less,assembly process can be crossed,greatly improve the efficiency of the operation. The scaffold is compact in structure, small volume, large static bearing, reliable performance,fully closed, suitable for various operating environments,low failure rate,long life,high salvage value. This paper mainly introduces the research progress of aluminum alloy attached lifting scaffold,describing the research results.
