不同园林植物根际土壤微生物群落代谢差异性研究
Study on the Metabolic Differences of Inter-root Soil Microbial Communities from Different Landscape Plants
【摘要】 为了分析园林植物根际土壤微生物对碳源代谢活性及利用特征的差异性,本文以济南市植物园样地中海棠、樱花、月季、牡丹和腊梅5种不同植物根际土壤为研究对象,通过Biolog-ECO微平板法进行了碳源利用能力研究。结果表明,反映土壤微生物碳源利用活性的指标--平均颜色变化率(AWCD)呈现先增加后逐渐变缓的趋势。此外,5种植物的根际土壤微生物均表现出对糖类、羧酸类和多聚类碳源具有较强的代谢能力。5种植物微生物群落间碳代谢存在显著差异,樱花的根际土壤微生物群落利用底物碳源的能力最强,牡丹和海棠相对较低。樱花3种多样性指数也明显高于其他植物。本研究结果将有助于在城市绿化中选择固碳效果更好的园林植物,为建设低碳园林提供一定的科学依据。
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the variability of the metabolic activity and utilization characteristics of carbon sources by inter-root soil microorganisms of garden plants, five different plants, namely, Malus spectabilis, Prunus subg. Cerasus sp.,Rosa chinensis Jacq., Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. and Chimonanthus praecox(L.) Link, were used in the Jinan Botanical Garden to study the utilization capacity of carbon sources using the Biolog-ECO microplate method. The results showed that the average color change rate(AWCD), the change trend was increasing and then gradually slowing down. In addition, the inter-rhizosphere soil microorganisms of all five species of plants showed strong metabolic ability for sugar, carboxylic acid and polymorphic carbon sources, The study showed that there were significant differences in carbon metabolism among the five plant microbial communities, with the inter-rhizosphere soil microbial community of Prunus subg. C. sp. having the strongest overall utilization of substrate carbon sources and P. suffruticosa Andr. and M.s spectabilis being relatively lower.The diversity index of the three species of Prunus subg. C. sp. was also significantly higher than that of other plants. The results of this study will help to select garden plants with better carbon sequestration effect in urban greening and provide some scientific basis for the construction of low-carbon gardens.
