【Abstract】 The full text of plants engineering procurement and contract management is divided into two parts,the first part is plants engineering procurement,mainly prepared with reference to the Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Plant Design,Supply and Installation(2015 Edition) issued by the World Bank;the second part is the main terms and conditions of plants engineering contract,mainly prepared with reference to the General Conditions in the seventh part of the Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Plant Design,Supply and Installation issued by the World Bank.The plants engineering procurement consists of three parts:composition of standard bidding documents for procurement of plants engineering,standard bidding documents for procurement of plants engineering:Instructions to Bidders,and bidding information sheet;the main terms and conditions of the plants engineering contract consist of 46 articles,such as definition of terms,contract documents,interpretation,scope of facilities,and responsibilities of the employer.The plants engineering procurement and contract management is the important knowledge content concerned by the enterprise personnel in plants supervision industry,which is expected to give reference and guidance to the general readers.更多还原
