【摘要】 目的 了解2～4岁癫痫患儿生存质量现状及其影响因素。方法 选取2021年3月至10月于西安市儿童医院神经内科治疗的136例2～4岁癫痫患儿作为研究对象，采用自行设计的调查问卷、PedsQL^TM4.0普适性核心量表进行癫痫患儿生存质量现状及影响因素调查。结果 本研究2～4岁癫痫患儿生存质量得分为（60.02±26.47）分，各维度得分分别为生理功能（59.38±33.14）分、情感功能（62.17±23.58）分、社交功能（58.90±29.00）分；已入托患儿学校表现功能得分为（66.67±20.87）分，生存质量得分为（71.83±18.97）分。多因素线性回归分析结果显示，癫痫发作频率越高、户外活动频率越少及癫痫共患病均是影响2～4岁癫痫患儿生存质量的危险因素（β值分别为-12.477、-6.626、13.289,P<0.05）。结论 2～4岁癫痫患儿生存质量得分较低，其中抽搐未得到有效控制、存在癫痫共患病的患儿需要重点关注；增加患儿的户外活动时间，将有助于提高其生存质量，从而减轻癫痫患儿给家庭和社会带来的负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the quality of life and analyze the associated factors in children with epilepsy aged 2-4 years old.Methods A total of 136 children with epilepsy aged between 2-4 years, treated in the department of neurology at Xi′an Children′s Hospital from March 2021 to October 2021,were recruited in this study.The PedsQL^TM4.0 Generic Core Scale were applied to assess the quality of life in Children with Epilepsy.Basic information and clinical data were collected using an author-designed questionnaire.Results In this study, the total scores of the quality of life in children with epilepsy aged 2-4 years old were 60.02±26.47,the scores of each dimension were physiological function（59.38±33.14）,emotional function（62.17±23.58） and social function（58.90±29.00）.The score of school performance function in children who had entered school was 66.67±20.87,and the score of quality of life was 71.83±18.97.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the more occurring of seizures, the less frequency of outdoor activities and epilepsy comorbidities were closely associated with the quality of life in children with epilepsy aged 2-4 years（β values were-12.477,-6.626,13.289,respectively, P<0.05）.Conclusion Children with epilepsy aged 2 to 4 years have a low quality of life score.Among them, children with seizures that are not effectively controlled and who have epilepsy comorbidities need to be paid more attention.Increasing the time of children′s outdoor activities will help improve their quality of life, furthermore reduce the burden of their family as well as the whole society.更多还原
