【摘要】 如何盘活利用乡村闲置宅基地,是实施乡村振兴战略迫切需要解决的课题之一。近年来,乡村旅游迅猛发展,为盘活利用乡村闲置宅基地提供了一条新的途径。乡村旅游,主要从促使闲置宅基地旅游化利用、集约化利用这两个方面盘活利用好闲置宅基地,但目前也面临资金不足、乡村旅游产品吸引力不高、土地增值收益分配不均衡、相关政策制度缺陷等困境。对此,建议保证项目资金,做好乡村旅游产品,均衡分配土地增值收益,完善相关政策制度,以提升乡村旅游的效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to revitalize vacant rural homesteads is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. In recent years, the rapid development of rural tourism provides a new way for revitalize vacant rural homesteads,mainly from two aspects, such as promoting touristic and intensive utilization of vacant rural homestead. However, it was faced with the problems such as insufficient funds, unattractive rural tourism products, uneven distribution of land value-added income, and defects of relevant policies and systems. In order to enhance the effect of revitalizing vacant rural homesteads, it is suggested to ensure the project funds, do a good job in rural tourism products, evenly distribute the value-added income of land, and improve relevant policies and systems.更多还原
