【摘要】 印度是南亚最大的国家,也是一个农业大国,近70%印度人的收入主要来源于农业,仅畜牧业对农业国内生产总值的贡献率就达到18%,成为印度农业经济的支柱产业。由于印度人宗教信仰的不同,印度畜牧业,特别是乳业的发展具有独特性。本文对印度乳业发展现状,包括奶牛养殖情况、乳业分布布局、乳制品加工和消费、乳业贸易等方面进行系统的梳理分析,以期为我国乳业的高质量可持续发展提供有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 India is the largest country in the south Asia and is also an agricultural power. Agriculture is the main income for nearly 70% of India’s population, and the contribution of animal husbandry to India’s agricultural gross domestic product(GDP) is 18%. However, due to the different religious beliefs, the development of animal husbandry, especially the dairy industry in India is unique. This paper systematically analyzes the current status of the India dairy industry in terms of dairy farming, dairy distribution layout, dairy products processing and consumption and dairy product, which is expected to be of reference significance for the high-quality and sustainable development of the dairy industry in China.更多还原
