基于全流程优化的锅炉机组混煤掺烧决策模型

【摘要】 针对目前火电厂在优化混煤掺烧配比时,采用局部优化存在燃烧不稳定且难以实现电厂全流程经济性最优等问题,提出一种构建基于全流程优化的锅炉机组混煤掺烧优化决策模型对混煤掺烧技术的配煤方案进行优化的方法.首先构建出锅炉燃烧输入总热量(采购燃煤总低位发热量)的数学模型,据此来拟定初步的混煤采购方案;然后利用基于实验数据的统计方法与基于基本原理的理论建模相结合的方法,建立锅炉混煤掺烧全流程各子系统和设备运行及维护成本模型;最后构建以锅炉机组混煤掺烧运行时,全流程各子系统和设备单位运行及维护成本总和最低作为优化决策数学模型,并提出采用遗传算法对其进行寻优求解.将该决策模型应用于某330 MW锅炉机组中进行验证,由优化后的结果可知,优化掺烧配比后不同负荷下的锅炉机组供电单位成本均有所降低.构建得到全流程优化决策模型为锅炉机组实际混煤掺烧配煤方案优化提供了定量化的理论指导.

【Abstract】 In view of unstable combustion and difficulty in realizing the optimal economy of the whole process in thermal power plants when optimizing the blending ratio of blended coal,this paper puts forward a method for optimizing the blending scheme of blended coal technology by constructing an optimization decision model of blended coal for boiler units based on the whole process optimization. First,a mathematical model of total input heat of boiler combustion is constructed,and the preliminary purchase scheme of mixed coal is drawn up according to this model. Then,the operation and maintenance cost model of each subsystem and equipment in the whole process of boiler coal blending and burning is established by combining the statistical method based on experimental data with the theoretical modeling based on basic principles. At last,a mathematical model of optimization decision-making is constructed,which takes the lowest sum of unit operation and maintenance costs of subsystems and equipment in the whole process as the optimization decision-making model,and proposes the use of genetic algorithm to solve it. The model is applied to a 330 MW boiler unit for verification. The optimized results show that the unit cost of power supply for boiler units under different loads is reduced after the optimization of the blending ratio. The obtained whole process optimization decision-making model provides quantitative theoretical guidance for the optimization of the actual coal blending scheme of boiler units.
