黄河下游沿黄城市生态系统健康评价
Evaluation of Urban Ecosystem Health Along the Lower Yellow River
【摘要】 黄河下游地区是中国重要的工农业生产核心区之一,城市扩张给生态系统健康带来了较大的压力。为了给黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展提供参考,按结构、功能、过程、发展等4个要素建立城市生态系统健康评价指标体系,以模糊物元模型为基础,结合海明贴近度理论,从空间维度和时间维度对2010—2018年黄河下游沿黄15个城市的生态系统健康指数进行测算,分析了黄河下游沿黄城市的生态系统健康状况。结果表明:从时间维度看,2010—2018年黄河下游沿黄城市的生态系统健康水平呈现波动状,除菏泽、济宁、聊城、滨州四市生态系统健康水平有所下降外,其他城市的生态系统健康水平有所上升,郑州市、聊城市分别为生态系统健康水平提升、下降的典型市;从空间维度来看,2010年、2018年城市生态系统健康水平最高与最低分别均为东营市与焦作市,山东省沿黄城市的生态系统健康水平普遍比河南省沿黄城市的高,但15个城市生态系统健康水平的差距在缩小。
【Abstract】 The lower Yellow River region is one of the most important grain producing areas and core production areas in China. The expansion of urban land has brought great pressure to the health of urban ecosystem. In order to provide reference for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,an urban ecosystem health evaluation index system was established according to the four elements of structure,function,process and development. Based on the fuzzy matter-element model and hamming proximity theory,The ecosystem health index of 15 cities along the lower Yellow River from 2010 to 2018 was calculated from spatial and temporal dimensions,and the ecosystem health status of the cities along the lower Yellow River was analyzed. The results show that from the perspective of time,the ecosystem health level of cities along the lower Yellow River fluctuated from 2010 to 2018,and the ecosystem health index of other cities is increased except Heze,Jining,Liaocheng and Binzhou. Zhengzhou and Liaocheng are typical cities with the improvement and decline of ecosystem health level respectively. From the perspective of spatial dimension,the highest and lowest urban ecosystem health levels in 2010 and2018 are Dongying and Jiaozuo respectively. The ecosystem health level of all cities in Shandong Province is generally higher than that of Henan,but the gap of ecosystem health level of 15 cities is narrowing continuously.
