高润滑性钛合金切削液的制备及加工验证

【摘要】 为研究基础油对切削液在钛合金表面润滑性能的影响,分别以菜籽油、氧化菜籽油、矿物油为基础油制备钛合金切削液,并通过摩擦因数及攻丝扭矩值等参数表征其对切削TC4钛合金的润滑性能。结果表明,以氧化菜籽油为基础油制备的切削液润滑性最佳,其次为菜籽油,矿物油最差;且氧化菜籽油的环氧值越高,其润滑性能越好。对以氧化菜籽油(环氧值5.03)为基础油制备的切削液进行钛合金实况切削试验。结果表明,相比于进口高端商用液,该切削液能有效降低切削力,减少刀具磨损,提升加工质量。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the lubricating property of cutting fluid with different base oil on titanium alloy, titanium alloy cutting fluid was prepared by using rapeseed oil/epoxidized rapeseed oil/mineral oil as base oil.The lubricity of cutting fluid for TC4 titanium alloy was tested by the parameters of friction coefficient and tapping torque value.The results show that the cutting fluid prepared with oxidized rapeseed oil as the base oil has the best lubricity, followed by rapeseed oil and mineral oil.And the higher the epoxy value of oxidized rapeseed oil, the better the lubricating performance.The cutting test on titanium alloy was carried out by using cutting fluid prepared from oxidized rapeseed oil(epoxy value 5.03).The results show that the cutting fluid can reduce cutting force, reduce tool wear, and improve cutting quality effectively.
