湿法模压快速固化树脂体系固化工艺研究

【摘要】 利用双酚A型环氧树脂、自制改性脂环胺及改性咪唑复配固化剂开发出了一种适用于湿法模压工艺用的快速固化树脂体系。使用DMA、TG、SEM、万能试验机等设备测试了树脂体系的热性能及力学性能,优选了树脂配方。结果表明:树脂与固化剂质量比为100∶20时,120℃下该树脂体系可在10 min内完成固化,其玻璃化转变温度为134.1℃,热分解温度200℃左右。该树脂体系具有较好的力学性能,冲击强度及弯曲强度可分别达到15.56 kJ/m2和122.58 MPa。

【Abstract】 A fast curing resin system suitable for wet molding process was developed by using bisphenol A epoxy resin,self-made modified alicyclic amine and modified imidazole compound curing agent. The thermal and mechanical properties of the resin system were tested by DMA,TG,SEM and a universal testing machine.The resin formulation was optimized. The results showed that when the mass ratio of resin and curing agent was 100 ∶ 20,the resin system could be cured within 10 min at 120 ℃. The glass transition temperature and the thermal decomposition temperature of the cured product was 134.1 ℃ and 200 ℃,respectively. The resin system had good mechanical properties,and the impact strength and flexural strength coould reach 15.56 kJ/m2and 122.58 MPa,respectively.
