【摘要】 【目的】分析国医大师韦贵康治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的中药组方和用药规律，以期为中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供参考。【方法】基于中医传承辅助平台V2.5，采用频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法探讨国医大师韦贵康治疗腰椎间盘突出症的用药组方规律。【结果】纳入中药处方40首，涉及中药76味。使用频次大于10次的药物共有18味，用药频次居前10位的中药为两面针、白芍、三七、丹参、降香、煅龙骨、甘草、千斤拔、茯苓、山茱萸。所用中药以性平温及味甘辛为主，入肝、肾、脾经居多。提取得到2味药组成的药物组合15个，衍化得到的新处方3首。【结论】国医大师韦贵康在治疗腰椎间盘突出症的选药上常用性平温、味甘辛、归肝肾脾经的药物，治疗原则以行气活血止痛、补肝肾强筋骨为主，兼以健脾益气祛湿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the Chinese medicine formula and medication rules for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by Chinese medical master WEI Gui-Kang,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Chinese medicine. Methods Data mining methods of frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the prescription regularity in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation by Chinese medical master WEI Gui-Kang based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)platform V2.5. Results A total of 40 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included,involving 76 Chinese medicines. There were 18 herbs with the medication frequency over 10 times,and the top 10 herbs in terms of medication frequency were Radix Zanthoxyli,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Notoginseng,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Lignum Dalbergiae Odoriferae,Os Draconis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix et Caulis Flemingiae,Poria and Fructus Corni. The medicated herbs were mainly mild and warm in nature and sweet and pungent in taste,and most of the herbs had the meridian tropism of the liver,kidney and spleen meridians. Fifteen 2-herb combinations were extracted,and 3 new prescriptions were derived from the core herbs. Conclusion Chinese medical master WEI Gui-Kang advocates the application of herbs being mild and warm in nature,sweet and pungent in flavor,and having the meridian tropism of the liver,kidney and spleen meridians for the treatment of LIDH. The therapeutic principle for LIDH is to promote qi,activate blood and relieve pain,tonify liver and kidney,and strengthen tendons and bones,assisting with strengthening spleen,invigorating qi and dispelling dampness.更多还原
