【摘要】 探讨广东省名老中医朱敏教授治疗中风的思路。朱敏教授认为，痰瘀互结、络脉闭阻为中风的核心病机；诊治中风需明辨其阴阳类证，详查顺逆；临证可分急性期、缓解期及后遗症期论治，采用补泻相结合的中药疗法，同时需中西医结合，发挥现代医学在早期诊断、抗栓溶栓等方面的优势；急性期后，康护调养尤为重要，需注意情志与饮食调摄；诊断明确后需尽早开展以通络法为主的综合治疗，可采用通络方（由地龙、蜈蚣、全蝎及白花蛇组成）或通络合剂（由全蝎、蜈蚣及地龙组成）加减治疗，从而最大限度挽救残存的神经元，减少致残率及致残程度，提高患者远期的生活质量，改善中风患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thoughts of Professor ZHU Min,a famous Chinese medicine physician of Guangdong Province,for the treatment of stroke was discussed. Professor ZHU Min believes that the core pathogenesis of stroke is due to phlegm blended with blood stasis and obstruction of collaterals. For the treatment of stroke,the yin syndrome or yang syndrome of the stroke should be identified firstly to predict the prognosis of stroke patients being favorable or unfavorable,and then the classification of acute stage,remission stage,and sequelae stage should be carried out for the flexible use of Chinese medicine therapy of tonifying combined with purgation based on syndrome differentiation. Meanwhile,modern medicine can be used together for the early confirmed diagnosis and for antithrombosis and thrombolysis therapy. After the acute stage,the post-stroke patients should pay more attention to the rehabilitation and the emotional and dietetic regulation. After the confirmation of diagnosis, the comprehensive therapy predominated by unblocking collaterals is recommended to carry out as early as possible,and the therapy of unblocking collaterals can be achieved by the modified utilization of Tongluo Formula(composed of Pheretima,Scolopendra,Scorpio and Agkistrodon)or Tongluo Mixture(composed of Scorpio,Scolopendra and Pheretima),which will be helpful for best saving the survival neurons, reducing disability rate and disability degree,improving the longer-term quality of life and the prognosis of stroke patients.更多还原
