【摘要】 【目的】通过中医药干预治疗银屑病的临床研究以评价前期构建的寻常型银屑病主症量表的反应度，从而进一步完善对量表的应用评价。【方法】选择应用中医药治疗的寻常型银屑病患者115例，对治疗前后相隔12周的寻常型银屑病主症量表进行纵向重测、变化率、标准化效应值（ES）和标准化反应均数（SRM）的计算以评价量表反应度。【结果】（1）寻常型银屑病主症量表发出115份，回收99份，回收率为86.1%，量表完成率为100.0%。（2）寻常型银屑病主症量表的变化率为8.59%,ES值为0.377 5,SRM值为0.404 8。对中医药治疗前后主症量表总分进行检验，结果显示该量表具有良好的反应度，可反映寻常型银屑病患者的病情变化。【结论】寻常型银屑病主症量表具有较好反应度，可应用于中医药治疗银屑病的疗效评估，是中医药治疗银屑病疗效评价工具的有效补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A clinical study of Chinese medical interventions for psoriasis vulgaris was conducted to evaluate the responsiveness of the constructed main symptom scale for psoriasis vulgaris,and to further evaluate the application of the scale. Methods A clinical study of 115 cases of psoriasis vulgaris treated with Chinese medicine was carried out for evaluating scale responsiveness by the longitudinal retesting of main symptom scale for psoriasis vulgaris and by detecting the variation rate, standardized effect size (ES) and standardized response mean (SRM) of the scale before treatment and after treatment for 12 weeks. Results (1) A total of 115 questionnaires were issued and 99 were responded,with a respond rate of 86.1% and a completion rate of100.0%.(2) The variation rate of main symptom scale for psoriasis vulgaris was 8.59%,ES was 0.377 5,SRM value was 0.404 8. The total score of the main symptom scale was tested before and after Chinese medicine treatment,and the results showed that the scale had good responsiveness,which could reflect the changes of the illness state of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Conclusion The main symptom scale for psoriasis vulgaris has good responsiveness and can be applied to assess the efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which is expected to be an alternative method for the evaluation of efficacy of Chinese medicine in treating psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
