【摘要】 以中医辨证论治思想来分析产科抗磷脂综合征的病理生理改变，可见与“瘀热理论”提出的病机病证特点高度相符，故可在目前现代医学疗法基础上以此理论为指导，并结合孕期特点进行辨证、选方、用药。经临床实践观察，中西医结合治疗可缓解此类患者孕期相关不适症状、提高保胎成功率，具有进一步探索的价值。附上1则以犀角地黄汤为主方进行加减治疗的成功医案，并总结诊治此病的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the pathophysiological changes of Obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome with the thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment of Chinese medicine,it can be seen that it is highly consistent with the characteristics of pathogenesis and syndrome proposed by the "stasis-heat theory",so the theory can be used for syndrome differentiation,prescription and medication based on the current modern medical therapy and combined with the characteristics of pregnancy.According to the observation of clinical practice,the treatment of integrated Chinese and Western medicine can alleviate the discomfort symptoms related to pregnancy and improve the success rate of fetal protection,which has the value of further exploration. A successful medical case of taking modified Xijiao Dihuang tang as the main prescription is attached,and the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the disease is summarized.更多还原
