【摘要】 目的：通过数据挖掘分析万冬桂治疗空窗期三阴性乳腺癌的用药规律。方法：收集万冬桂2016年10月15日—2020年4月16日在中日友好医院门诊病历数据，建立三阴性乳腺癌方药数据库。采用Microsoft Office Excel 2013对病历数据中的中药及其属性等进行频次统计；运用SPSS Statistic 26.0软件对数据资料聚类分析，Apriori算法对高频中药进行关联分析。结果：纳入病历360份，涉及处方360首。高频药物有黄芪、瓜蒌皮、牡蛎、猫爪草等，药性多温、平，药味多甘、苦，多归肝、脾、肺、胃、肾经，以补虚药（1 853次）、化痰散结药（801次）、清热药（568次）最为多见。结论：万冬桂治疗三阴性乳腺癌时，辨病与辨体相结合，扶正与祛邪并重，多以疏肝健脾、化痰散结、清热解毒为主，注重培土固本，平调阴阳，以柔克刚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the medication rule of WAN Donggui in the treatment of three negative breast cancer in empty window stage by data mining. Methods: Collect the data of outpatient medical records in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from October 15,2016 to April 16,2020,and establish a database of three negative breast cancer prescriptions.The frequency statistics of traditional Chinese medicine and its attributes in medical record data were carried out by Microsoft Office Excel 2013;SPSS statistical 26.0 software was used for cluster analysis of data,and Apriori algorithm was used for correlation analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine. Results:360 medical records were included,involving360 prescriptions. High frequency drugs include Astragalus membranaceus, Trichosanthis pericarpium, Ostreae concha,Ranunculi terati radix,etc. Their properties are warm and flat,their tastes are sweet and bitter,and most of them belong to the liver,spleen,lung,heart and kidney meridians.It is most common to deficiency nourishing drugs(1 853 times),reducing phlegm and relieving masses drugs(801 times) and heat clearing drugs(568 times). Conclusion:When WAN Donggui treats three negative breast cancer,it is important that differentiation of diseases and differentiation of body,combining the killing with kindness and eliminating evil, mostly with soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen, eliminating phlegm and dispersing heat,clearing away heat and detoxifying.Pay attention to cultivating soil and consolidating foundation,balance yin and Yang,and overcome hardness with softness.更多还原
