【摘要】 橡胶树种质资源是橡胶科技创新和天然橡胶产业发展的基础,对促进我国橡胶树新品种选育种研究和热区农业经济发展发挥着重要的支撑作用。国家橡胶树种质资源圃构建了初级核心种质库,建立了苗圃保存和大田鉴定评价相结合的橡胶树种质资源保存体系,确保了资源安全保存,推动了资源鉴定评价;近20年种质圃共收集优异资源256份,在支撑基础研究、新品种选育等方面发挥了重要作用。本文系统阐述了国家橡胶树种质资源圃资源安全保存的主要技术与方法,简要介绍了橡胶树种质资源的有效利用并提出了我国橡胶树种质资源今后工作重点,旨在加强我国橡胶树种质资源的长期安全保存与创新利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rubber tree germplasm resources are the material basis for rubber tree science and technology innovation and natural rubber industrial development, and play an important supporting role in the research of new varieties of rubber tree and the development of agricultural economy in tropical area. The National Rubber Tree Germplasm Repository(NRTGR) has constructed a primary core collection and a rubber tree germplasm resource conservation system was established combining nursery conservation and field evaluation which would ensure the safe conservation of resources and promote the progress of resource evaluation. In the past 20 years, the germplasm nursery has collected 256 accessions which has played an important role in supporting rubber tree basic research and breeding of new varieties. This paper systematically summarizes the main technologies and methods for the safe conservation of rubber tree germplasm resources in the national rubber tree germplasm repository of China, briefly introduced the resource utilization and put forward the focus of future work on rubber tree germplasm resources, aimed at strengthening the long-term safe conservation and utilization of rubber tree germplasm resources in China.更多还原
