【Abstract】 The Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Country issued by the State Council has made important arrangements for the development of China’s intellectual property intensive industries in the future. However, there are still differences in the measurement standards and methods of intellectual property intensive industries in the world. This paper studies the standards, methods and industrial development of the United States and the European Union, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of China’s intellectual property intensive industries on the basis of analyzing the classification and development characteristics of China’s intellectual property intensive industries.更多还原
