基于PLC的家用野山菇干燥控制系统设计

【摘要】 林区的野山菇在生长旺盛期产量大,其自然干燥受气象条件影响。为解决该问题设计了一种基于PLC的热泵去湿干燥控制系统,干燥系统主要面向家庭用户。实验表明,干燥系统使用方便,节能效果显著,干燥出来的野山菇品质好,绿色环保。

【Abstract】 The wild mushroom in the forest area has a large yield during the vigorous growth period, and its natural dryness is affected by meteorological conditions. To solve this problem, a PLC based heat pump dehumidification and drying control system was designed. The drying system is mainly for household users. The experiment shows that the drying system is convenient to use and has remarkable energy-saving effect. The dried wild mushroom has good quality and is green and environment-friendly.
