【摘要】 目的 探讨40岁以下成年人单纯性肾囊肿(SRCs)的临床意义，主要是其与蛋白尿、血尿等肾损害标志物的关系。方法 回顾性分析2018年10月—2021年6月在本院接受首次体检的40岁以下成人的体检资料，比较囊肿组和非囊肿组临床特征，分析单纯性肾囊肿与蛋白尿和血尿的关系。结果 3940名18-39岁成人中单纯性肾囊肿者213人(5.4%);囊肿组男性、蛋白尿、高血糖者比例高于非囊肿组(P<0.05),两组间血尿者比例无差异(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示蛋白尿(OR=1.971,95%CI 1.121-3.466)、年龄(OR=1.072,95%CI 1.039-1.107)和男性(OR=2.248,95%CI 1.666-3.034)是40岁以下成人单纯性肾囊肿的影响因素；高血糖(OR=3.819,95%CI 2.076-7.023)、舒张压(OR=1.033,95%CI 1.019-1.047)和血尿酸水平(OR=1.003,95%CI 1.001-1.005)是40岁以下成人蛋白尿的影响因素。结论 40岁以下成人单纯性肾囊肿与蛋白尿相关，蛋白尿是单纯性肾囊肿的影响因素，而单纯性肾囊肿不是蛋白尿的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical significance of simple renal cysts(SRCs) in adults aged less than 40, focusing on their associations with renal damage markers such as proteinuria and hematuria.Methods The physical examination data of adults aged less than 40 years old those underwent physical examination in our hospital during October 2018 and June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed to compare the clinical characteristics between the cyst and non-cyst groups, and analyze the association between simple renal cysts, proteinuria and hematuria.Results Simple renal cysts were found in 213 of the 3940 subjects aged 18-39(5.4%). The proportions of subjects with male sex, proteinuria and hyperglycemia in the cyst group were higher than those in the non-cyst group(P<0.05). The proportion of subjects with hematuria between the two groups was not different(P>0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that in adults aged <40, proteinuria(OR=1.971, 95% CI 1.121-3.466), age(OR=1.072, 95%CI 1.039-1.107) and male sex(OR=2.248, 95% CI 1.666-3.034) were influencing factors for simple renal cysts, and that hyperglycemia(OR=3.819, 95%CI 2.076-7.023), diastolic blood pressure(OR=1.033, 95% CI 1.019-1.047) and serum uric acid level(OR=1.003, 95%CI 1.001-1.005) were the influencing factors for proteinuria.Conclusions Simple renal cysts in adults aged less than 40 years old are associated with proteinuria. Proteinuria is the influencing factor of simple renal cysts, however, simple renal cysts are not the influencing factor of proteinuria.更多还原
