基于自噬探讨葛根素治疗神经退行性疾病的研究进展
Research progress of Puerarin in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases based on autophagy
【摘要】 神经退行性疾病在世界范围内发病呈逐年上升趋势,自噬作为维持细胞内环境稳态的重要过程,在神经退行性疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的调节作用。因其致病因素多样及发病机制复杂,临床上尚缺乏有效的药物治疗。葛根素是中药葛根提取的异黄酮类化合物,近年来,葛根素的神经保护作用倍受关注,其机制可能与调控自噬有关,故本文对近几年国内外基于自噬途径的葛根素神经保护作用的相关内容进行综述,旨在为临床运用治疗神经退行性疾病药物提供新靶点。
【Abstract】 The incidence of neurodegenerative diseases is on the rise in the worldwide.Autophagy, as an important process to maintain the homeostasis of the intracellular environment, plays an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases.Because of its various pathogenic factors and complex pathogenesis, there is still a lack of effective drug therapy in clinical practice.Puerarin is an isoflavone compound extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria lobata.In recent years, the neuroprotective effect of puerarin has been widely concerned.Its mechanism may be related to the regulation of autophagy.Therefore, this article reviews the neuroprotective effect of puerarin based on autophagy pathways in recent years.The relevant content is reviewed to provide new targets for clinical use of drugs for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
