出口后弯角对液力透平性能的影响研究

【摘要】 在透平膨胀机回收天然气压力能的过程中,容易引发温度骤降,从而威胁机组安全运行,考虑机组的安全性和回收效率。设计一种配套的天然气压力能回收液力透平,先进行液力透平的一维初步设计,然后软件模拟内部流场,对设计的液力透平出口后弯角进行研究,研究表明,在设计工况下液力透平的水头和效率均随出口后弯角的增大而增加。设计并改进后的液力透平水头为348.1m,与设计要求350m相对误差0.54%,水力效率达到了87.81%,相比改进前增加2.76%,达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 In the process of recovering the pressure energy of natural gas by the turboexpander, it is easy to cause a sudden temperature drop, which threatens the safe operation of the unit. Considering the safety and recovery efficiency of the unit, this paper designs a supporting natural gas pressure energy recovery hydraulic turbine. This paper first conducts the one-dimensional preliminary design of the hydraulic turbine, and then the software simulates the internal flow field, and studies the designed hydraulic turbine outlet back bend angle. The research shows that the hydraulic turbine head and efficiency under the design conditions Both increase with the increase of the exit angle. The designed and improved hydraulic turbine has a head of 348.1 meters, a relative error of 0.54% from the design requirement of 350 m, and a hydraulic efficiency of 87.81%, which is an increase of 2.76% compared to the previous improvement, which meets the design requirements.
