汽轮机双层缸联接处的改进设计研究

【摘要】 针对某600MW汽轮机双层缸联接处因应力过大而导致外缸内壁发生裂纹的现象,对双层缸联接处进行重新设计,将外缸的联接方式由凸出结构改进为凹槽结构,并利用有限元软件对原始设计方案和改进设计方案进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,改进设计方案较原始设计方案在双层缸联接处的应力幅值大为降低,延缓了裂纹的产生时间,提高了机组的使用寿命,验证了改进方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the crack on inner wall of outer cylinder caused by excessive stress in double-layer cylinder connection of a 600 MW steam turbine, the double-layer cylinder connection is redesigned, the connection mode of outer cylinder is improved from protruding structure to grooved structure, and the original design scheme and the improved design scheme are simulated and analyzed by finite element software. The simulation results show that the stress amplitude of the improved design scheme is much lower than that of the original design scheme at the connection of double-layer cylinder, which delays the generation time of cracks and improves the service life of the unit, thus verifying the feasibility of the improved design.
