长联连续梁桥双曲面球型减隔震支座参数影响研究

【摘要】 为研究双曲面球型减隔震支座的球面滑动摩擦系数μ2、温变间隙Δ对长联大跨连续梁桥地震响应的影响,以某一联(50+8×100+50) m连续梁桥为对象,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立有限元模型进行分析。提出采用钩单元、间隙单元与摩擦摆单元并联后再与摩擦摆单元串联的方式模拟双曲面球型减隔震活动支座的力学行为。基于有限元模型和时程分析法研究μ2、Δ对支座最大抬升量、墩梁相对残余位移、墩梁最大相对位移、墩底最大弯矩的影响规律。结果表明:支座最大抬升量曲线呈“W”形;μ2、Δ对支座最大抬升量、墩梁相对残余位移的影响最为显著,对墩底最大弯矩的影响较小;μ2增大,桥梁各项地震响应均减小;Δ增大,支座最大抬升量、墩梁最大相对位移、墩底最大弯矩增大;Δ对墩梁相对残余位移的影响较复杂,总体随Δ增大而减小。

【Abstract】 A continuous beam bridge with span arrangement of 50,8×100,and 50 m is used as a case to study the effects of two parameters of the spherical bearings with double curved surfaces on the seismic responses of the long-span beam bridge with long continuous units, including the spherical sliding friction coefficient μ2 and temperature gap Δ.A finite element model of the bridge, where the hook elements, gap elements and friction pendulum elements are connected in series first, and then connected in parallel with the friction pendulum elements, is built up to simulate the mechanical behavior of the bearings.Based on the finite element model and time history analysis method, the influence rules of μ2 and Δ on the maximum uplift of bearing, relative residual displacement between piers and beams, maximum relative displacement between piers and beams, and maximum pier-base bending moment are studied.The results demonstrate that the trace of maximum uplift of the bearing resembles the letter “W”.The effects of μ2 and Δ are most apparent on the maximum uplift of bearing and relative displacement between piers and beams, but minimal on the maximum pier-base bending moment.As μ2 increases, all the indexes of seismic responses of the bridge decrease.The increase of Δ can result in the increase of maximum uplift of bearing, maximum relative displacement between piers and beams and maximum pier-base bending moment.And the influence of Δ on the relative residual displacement between piers and beams is complex, in general, the latter reduces as the former increases.
