【摘要】 目的：探讨基于4R危机管理理论的护理模式在老年患者术中低体温预防中的应用效果。方法：将2020年9月1日～2021年9月30日收治的70例拟行手术治疗的老年患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组实施围术期常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于4R危机管理理论的护理模式。比较两组干预效果。结果：干预后，两组麻醉诱导后10 min(T1)、30 min(T2)、50 min(T3)及术毕前(T4)体温均低于手术开始前(T0)(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组苏醒时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、拔除喉罩时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低体温发生率、术中并发症总发生率、术后24 h内并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：基于4R危机管理理论的护理模式可有效预防老年患者术中低体温发生，改善术后苏醒质量，降低术中及术后并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of nursing model based on 4 R crisis management theory on the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients.Methods: A total of 70 elderly patients who were scheduled to undergo surgery during September 1,2020 to September 30,2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group implemented nursing model based on 4 R crisis management theory on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effect between the two groups were compared.Results: After intervention, the body temperature in the two groups at 10 min(T1),30 min(T2),50 min(T3)and before the end of operation(T4)was lower than that beore the beginning of operation(T0)(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The wake-up time, spontaneous breathing recovery time and time of laryngeal mask removal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of hypothermia the total incidence rate of intraoperative complications, and the total incidence rate of complications within 24 h after surgery, in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nursing model based on 4 R crisis management theory can effectively prevent the risk of intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients, help to improve the quality of postoperative wake-up, reduce the ibcidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.更多还原
