【摘要】 目的：探讨NNN-链接护理模式在肺癌部分切除手术患者中的应用效果。方法：将2020年9月1日～12月31日收治的100例肺癌部分切除手术患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组围术期给予常规护理措施，观察组采用NNN-链接护理模式进行干预；比较两组干预效果。结果：干预3个月后，观察组第一秒用力呼气容积（FEV₁）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV₁/FVC均高于干预前（P<0.05）,且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分低于干预前（P<0.05）,且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）、肺癌生活质量测定量表（FACT-L）评分均高于干预前（P<0.05）,且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：将NNN-链接护理模式应用于肺癌部分切除手术患者中，有助于肺癌部分切除手术患者术后肺功能恢复，缓解患者不良情绪，同时能对患者自护能力和生活质量水平的提升产生积极影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explorethe application effect of NNN-linked nursing model in patients undergoing partial resection of lung cancer.Methods: A total of 100 patients undergoing partial resection of lung cancer admitted during September 1 to December 31,2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing during perioperative period, while the observation group was given NNN-linked nursing model intervention.The intervention effect was compared in both groups.Results: After 3 months of intervention, the FEV₁,FVC and FEV₁/FVC in the observation group were higher than those befire intervention（P<0.05）,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）;The SAS and SDS scores were lower in the observation than those before intervention（P<0.05）,and were lower in the observation than those in the control group（P<0.05）,and the scores of self-care ability and quality of life（ESCA） and（FACT-L）scores were higher than in the observation than those before intervention（P<0.05）,and were higher in the observation than those in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion: NNN-linked nursing model is conducive to postoperative recovery of lung function in patients undergoing partial resection of lung cancer, improves their emotions, amd meanwhile produce positive effect on the improvement of self-care ability and quality of life.更多还原
