【摘要】 目的：调查炎症性肠病(IBD)患者出院准备度的现状，并分析其相关的影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取2020年4月1日～2021年3月31日收治的119例IBD住院患者作为研究对象，采用患者一般资料调查表、出院指导质量量表(QDTS)、出院准备度量表(RHDS)进行问卷调查。结果：IBD患者出院准备度得分为(92.26±12.75)分，条目平均得分为(7.69±1.06)分。单因素分析显示，IBD患者的家庭人均月收入、工作状态、医疗费用支付方式、是否为疾病复发、感知自理能力影响其出院准备度得分，且得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示，患者的医疗结算方式、感知自理能力下降和出院指导质量是出院准备度主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论：IBD患者的出院准备度处于中等水平，护理人员应进一步完善出院指导，加强医患互动，提高患者疾病自我管理能力，帮助其树立恢复健康的信心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the status of discharge readiness of IBD patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods: The convenience sampling method was used to select 119 inpatients with IBD admitted during April 1,2020 to March 31,2021 as the research objects.Patients′ general information questionnaire, discharge guidance quality scale(QDTS)and discharge preparation scale(RHDS)were used for questionnaire survey.Results: The total scores of IBD patients′ readiness for discharge were(92.26±12.75).The average scores of items were(7.69±1.06).Univariate analysis showed that the family per capita economic income, working status, payment method of medical expenses, whether disease recurrence and perceived self-care ability of IBD patients affected their discharge readiness scores, and the score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors for discharge readiness were the way of medical settlement, the decline of perceived self-care ability and the quality of discharge guidance.Conclusion: The discharge readiness of IBD patients is at a medium level.Nursing staff should further improve discharge guidance, strengthen doctor-patient interaction, improve patients′ disease self-management ability, and help patients establish confidence in recovering health.更多还原
