【摘要】 目的：探讨规范化护理流程在早期胃癌内镜下黏膜剥离术患者中的应用效果。方法：将2018年12月1日～2019年12月31日收治的125例早期胃癌内镜下黏膜剥离术患者根据手术期间护理流程不同分为常规组61例和观察组64例。常规组采用常规护理流程进行干预，观察组在内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗期间采用规范化护理流程进行干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、护理满意情况、临床指标恢复时间、并发症情况及干预前后生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]、焦虑[采用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)]、抑郁[采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)情况。结果：术后两组患者VAS评分均呈下降趋势，而观察组术后6 h、12 h、24 h的VAS评分均低于常规组(P<0.01);观察组护理技术、护理质量、护理态度、健康指导满意情况评分高于常规组(P<0.01);观察组患者肛门排气恢复时间、术后排便时间、肠胃蠕动时间均短于常规组(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后两组生活质量和负性情绪均有改善，且观察组SF-36生活质量量表评分高于常规组(P<0.01),HAMD、HAMA评分低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论：早期胃癌内镜下黏膜剥离术患者采用规范化护理流程，可有效缓解患者负性情绪，降低并发症发生率，改善患者生活质量水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of standardized nursing procedures in patients with early gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection.Methods: A total of 125 patients with early gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection admitted during December 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were according to the different nursing procedures applied during the operation divided into the routine group with 61 cases and the standard group with 64 cases.The routine group was given routine nursing procedure, and the standard group was given standardized nursing procedure.The postoperative pain by the visual anakogue scale(VAS),nursing satisfaction, recovery time of clinical index, complications, quality of life by SF-36 quality of life scale, anxiety by the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and depression ny the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results: The VAS scores in both groups after surgery showed a downward trend, while the VAS scores in the observation group 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The scores of nursing technique, nursing quality, nursing attitude, and health guidance in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The recovery time of anal exhaustion, postoperative defecation time, and gastrointestinal motility time in the observation group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).After intervention, the quality of life and negative emotion scores in both groups improved, and the quality of life(SF-36) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group, and the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower than those in the rotine group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The application of standardized nursing procedures in patients with early gastric cancer who underwent endoscopic mucosal dissection can effectively relieve negative emotions, reduce complications, and improve the quality of life in patients.更多还原
