【摘要】 目的:探讨现状-背景-评估-建议沟通模式联合移动医疗在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日～2020年12月31日急诊科门诊收治的92例患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间分为对照组和观察组;对照组行常规急诊护理,观察组行现状-背景-评估-建议沟通模式联合移动医疗护理。比较两组急诊护理质量(采用Servqual评价量表)、行为目标达成情况[采用中文版护士行为目标达成度评价量表(NPGA)]及抢救效率。结果:除尊重患者领域外,观察组各领域评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01);除响应性和移情性领域外,观察组Servqual评价量表各领域评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组静脉通路建立时间、用药时间、护理抢救时间及抢救室停留时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在急诊护理管理中联合运用现状-背景-评估-建议沟通模式和移动医疗,能有效促进护士行为目标达成,提高抢救效率和护理质量,对患者恢复有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectiv: To explore the application effect of situation-background-assessment-recommendation communication mode combined with mobile medicine in emergency care management.Method: A total of 92 patients admitted to emergency room during January 1,2019 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the time of admission.The control group received routine emergency care, and the observation group received situation-background-assessment-recommendation communication mode combined with mobile medical care intervention.The attainment of behavioral goals by emergency care quality by the Servqual assessment scale, the Chinese Version of Nurse′s Performance Gual Attaynment(NPGA) and rescue efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results: Except for the areas of responsiveness and empathy, the scores and total scores of all areas of the Servqual Evaluation Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).In addition to respecting the patient′s domain, the scores and total scores of each field in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The intravenous channel establishment time, medication time, nursing rescue time and rescue room stay time were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The combined use of situation-background-assessment-recommendation communication mode and mobile medical treatment in emergency care management can effectively the attainment of nurse′s behavioral goal, improve the efficiency of rescue and quality of care, which is of great significance for the recovery of patients.更多还原
