氧化铝焙烧炉烟气低温催化脱硝研究
Study on low-temperature SCR of flue gas from alumina calciner
【摘要】 氧化铝焙烧炉排烟温度在140~180℃,本文采用低成本锰盐为原料制备出新型锰基低温脱硝催化剂,在最优合成条件下制备的锰基催化剂在模拟烟气100℃条件下,脱硝率大于75%,150~300℃范围内脱硝率保持在90%以上。
【Abstract】 The flue gas temperature of alumina calciner is 140~180℃. In this paper, a new manganese-based low-temperature SCR catalyst is prepared with low-cost manganese salt as raw material. Under the optimal synthesis conditions, the SCR rate of manganese-based catalyst is more than 75% at 100 ℃ of simulated flue gas, and the SCR rate remains above 90% within the range of 150~300 ℃.
