【摘要】 改革开放以来的社会转型和经济发展持续推动着中国家庭的变迁,深刻影响着家庭教育政策的制定和实施。运用政策综合解释模型分析发现:政策文本语义网络呈现从举办家长学校教育家长到提供专业化指导服务家庭的路径演绎;政策工具设计具有权威工具、能力建设和学习工具组合优化的特点。因此,改革开放以来我国家庭教育政策的行动逻辑可分为明确政府主体责任、不断健全家校合育机制及全面建设普惠性家庭教育指导服务体系三个阶段。政府未来的家庭教育政策行动还应进一步提升家庭的教育能力以支持家庭的可持续性发展,进而在更大程度上推进我国家庭教育的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social transformation and economic development since the reform and opening up continue to promote the changes of Chinese families and have a profound impact on the formulation and implementation of family education policies. The study posed a comprehensive policy interpretation model, then it found that emphasis of the family polices are transformed from the holding parent schools to educate parents to serve parents by family education guidance service system through the semantic analysis of policy network. The policy instruments also combined authority and capacity construction. The action logic of family education policies included three phases that are the responsibility of government, home-school co-breeding institutionalization and family education guidance services system. In the future, the family education policy will pay more attention on the improving capacity of family and modernization of family education.更多还原
