Si相形貌对4012铝合金钎料钎焊性能的影响
Effect of Si phase morphology on brazing properties of 4012 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观测方法,研究不同Al-20Si中间合金制备的4012铝合金钎料钎焊性能。结果表明,初晶硅形貌为片状的中间合金能提高4012铝合金钎料钎焊温度,并且重熔后钎料的微观组织保留着熔化前的组织特征,证明了Si相形貌的遗传性。
【Abstract】 The optical microscopy(OM) and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were adopted to study the effect of different Al-20 Si master alloys on brazing properties of 4012 aluminum alloy solders. Results show that the master alloy with the plate-like morphology of primary Si increases brazing temperature of 4012 aluminum alloy, and the mircostructure characteristics of the samples after re-melting testing are similar to those of raw materials, so the heredity of Si phase morphology is proved.
