碳塑平板太阳能集热器性能试验研究
Experimental study on the performance of the carbon plastic flat-plate solar collector
【摘要】 针对传统平板集热器耐腐蚀性差、易结垢和塑料平板集热器效率低的问题,为有效延长集热器的使用寿命,获得良好的传热效果及经济价值,对一种新型碳塑平板太阳能集热器进行室外稳态效率试验,研究其集热性能。结果表明,碳塑平板太阳能集热器具有良好的集热能力,随着流量增大,集热器获得的有用功率增加,瞬时效率提高。将检测结果与公开文献中的传统平板集热器与塑料平板集热器进行比较,结果表明,碳塑平板集热器的最大瞬时效率略低于传统平板集热器,比塑料平板集热器高出13%。该研究为碳塑平板太阳能集热器的应用研究提供了依据和参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at solving the problems of poor corrosion resistance, easy fouling and low efficiency of traditional flat-plate collectors, and in order to effectively extend the service life of the collectors and obtain good heat transfer effects and economic value, a new type of the carbon plastic flat-plate solar collector was tested in this paper for outdoor steady-state efficiency and its heat collecting performance was studied. The results showed that the carbon plastic flat-plate collector has a good heat collection ability. As the flow rate increases, the useful power obtained by the collector increases and the instantaneous efficiency improves. The test results are compared with the traditional flat-plate collectors and plastic flat-plate collectors in the public literature. The results show that the maximum instantaneous efficiency of the carbon plastic flat-plate collector is slightly lower than that of traditional flat-plate collectors and 13% higher than that of plastic flat-plate collectors. This research provides the basis and reference for the application study of carbon plastic flat-plate solar collectors.
