表面碳化花泥的太阳能水蒸发性能
Solar Water Evaporation Performance of Surface Carbonized Flower Mud
【摘要】 以废弃花泥为原料,通过表面碳化工艺制备双层结构太阳能水蒸发材料。对该材料的光吸收、光热及其太阳能水蒸发性能进行了研究。结果表明:该材料在太阳光波段有显著的光吸收及光热转换特性;在一个标准太阳光强度下,水蒸发速率达到1.19 kg·(m2·h)-1;太阳能水蒸发效率达到74.8%;在海水淡化和废水处理领域有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this work, double-layer solar water evaporation materials were prepared through surface carbonization process with porous waste plastic flower mud as raw material. The optical absorption, photothermal conversion and solar water evaporation properties of the material were studied. The results show that this material has significant optical absorption and photothermal conversion characteristics in the solar spectrum. Under one standard sunlight intensity, the water evaporation rate reaches 1.19 kg·(m2·h)-1 and the solar water evaporation efficiency is 74.8%. The materials have promising application prospects in the field of seawater desalination and wastewater treatment.
