聚氨酯改性材料过滤特性实验研究

【摘要】 以聚氨酯改性多孔滤料为研究对象,利用Micro-CT与FT-IR对滤料的内部结构与表面官能团进行了研究,得到滤料内部的孔径与喉径的大小以及滤料表面官能团的分布特征。基于滤料实测数据建立多孔滤料实验平台,对多孔介质中油水多相流动进行数值模拟与实验研究,以获得悬浮颗粒和油滴在滤层中的分布规律和滤料特性影响因素。经实验验证,该聚氨酯改性材料处理后的水质符合《国家污水综合排放标准》的要求,针对油田含油污水中悬浮颗粒和油类的有效过滤效率高于80%。

【Abstract】 Taking polyurethane modified porous filter material as the research object, the pore size and throat diameter inside the filter material and the distribution characteristics of the functional groups on the surface of the filter material are obtained.Based on the measured data of the filter material, the physical model of the porous filter material was established, through numerical simulation and experimental research on the oil-water multiphase in the porous media, the distribution law of suspended particles and oil droplets in the filter layer and the influencing factors of the filter characteristics are obtained. The results showed that the water quality of the polyurethane modified material meets the requirements of the "National Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard", and the effective filtration efficiency for suspended particles and oils in oily sewage from oilfields is higher than 80%.It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the use of polyurethane modified materials in oilfield sewage treatment, and has important practical significance for the harmless treatment of oily sewage and cost reduction and efficiency increase.
