流延法制备石墨复合双极板基础配方的探索

【摘要】 采用流延成型法,以酚醛树脂为粘结剂,石墨为骨料,碳纤维为添加剂,制备了氢燃料电池用石墨复合双极板。以石墨复合双极板的导电性能和力学性能为衡量指标,结合扫描电镜(SEM)的表征分析,研究了树脂种类、树脂质量分数、石墨目数、石墨质量分数等材料配比对双极板性能的影响规律,结果表明:当PF-2123的酚醛树脂质量分数为30%,200目的石墨质量分数为68%,碳纤维质量分数为2%时的电导率及抗弯强度性能最优,分别为127 S/cm、29.2 MPa;随着碳纤维质量分数的增加,双极板的抗弯强度增加,但电导率有一定程度减小。

【Abstract】 The graphite composite bipolar plate for hydrogen fuel cell is prepared by tape casting method with phenol formaldehyde resin as binder, graphite as aggregate and carbon fiber as additive. The electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the graphite composite bipolar plate are taken as the indexes, and characterization analysis of Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) is used to analyze the rule of effects of material ratio including resin type, resin mass fraction, graphite mesh and graphite mass fraction on the performance of bipolar plates are studied.The results show that the electrical conductivity and the flexural strength are the best, which are 127 S/cm and 29.2MPa respectively when the phenol formaldehyde resin of PF-2123 is 30%, the 200-mesh graphite mass fraction is68% and the carbon fiber mass fraction is 2%. The flexural strength of the bipolar plates increases with the increase of carbon fiber mass fraction, whereas the conductivity decreases to a certain extent.
